Small Business Saturday | Ps & Qs Hers

Weather condition Fall/Winter

Don't forget about our many, many boutiques in Philadelphia that carry local and independent designers. Places such as Geisha House, Lost & Found, Vogabond, etc.

There is one small family ran clothing boutique (not even sure if I should be calling them a boutique =X) located in the heart of Vintage Row Philadelphia named Ps & Qs Hers. They reached out to me to discuss a collaboration. At first I thought, "There's nothing in this store that is my style."  Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. Not only did I have a great time styling fall and winter layers, I ended up leaving with a bag full of purchases for my trip to Italy.

I find that their collection is mostly about comfort, but they never put fashion on the sidelines. Looking for a great wallet, backpack, delicate jewelry, a baby gift, soy candles, sturdy jacket? Yep, it can all be found at Ps & Qs. They also have a men's store-- which I have to complain-- have better shoes than the women's store.

We worked with Publish Brand, Pendleton, Herschel Supply, People's to create these looks. I was able to get a fall and winter look from Publish Brand's Lynn Jacket.

There's so much more that I didn't put on this post. No worries, that only means there will be another one coming soon! Also, a shout out to Sophorn-- his eye for fashion photography is uncanny!

Sincerely,
Sally =)

Weather condition  70° | Cloudy

We were off to the indoor water park for my niece's birthday and I wanted to be cute, but comfortable. I found these amazing sweat like pants at H&M. Then everything else just fell into place.

I friend gave me this wonderful bag that everyone loves. I swapped my shoes out to something more water friendly when we got to the park. =D.

Kindest Regards,
Sally =)

Floppy Hat & Long Gloves

Weather Condition 30° | Cloudy

Good Morning! I always feel the easiest outfit to put together when you don't have much time to decide is anything black & white. The lipstick could be a challenge if you're trying to get the lines perfectly straight, but that's a conversation for another time.

The fun thing about keeping it simple with color is that you can really go all out with funky trends. I wore a quarter sleeve jacket layered with a knitted quarter sleeve sweater, but since it was 30° outside I threw on my long leather gloves to keep the rest of my arms warm. My floppy hat came in as an after thought because I was having a lazy hair day. =) That's why there's so much fuzz on it-- didn't have time to grab the lint remover =X.

It's Yoshi's first appearance on my blog, you will see much more of him! =D  Hehhehe. Enjoy your day! =)

Yours Truly,
Sally =)
