If there was one thing I learned through this pandemic is how to live with less. I’m not going to lie, I did go back into my shopping habits once stores started to open up again. When I did stop for a while it was because there was no where fun to wear my new clothes. It planted a little idea that not having a new outfit all the time wasn’t so cringe worthy anymore.

What I’m getting to is the thought of living out of a tiny house doesn't seem so awful even if it means less closet space. Especially since Tony and I don't have kids and aren’t planning to have any. We love to travel, but are particular about what toiletries and home comforts we have. A traveling house in it’s own sense can be as modern and/or glamorous as you want it to be.

There were two loft areas (one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin), a full stove, fridge, washer/dryer combo and plenty of hidden storage.

The lofts had very low clearance, so someone even an inch taller than us would have been very uncomfortable. I kept waking up, but it was only because I didn’t want to wake up too late for hiking the next day (should have set my alarm).

The tiny home we had a pleasure to spend the weekend in was called “The Traveler". It was one of many at the Tiny Estates.

Here are a few other tiny houses at the estate…

My experience at the Tiny Estates is really making me think of how we can build a version of a tiny house that would fit our needs. Check back with me in 10 years. 😄

Good day! People have asked me if it's too early to wear white pants? I say noooooo. Hehhehe. That no white pants before Memorial Day rule is so old school nobody follows it anymore. Which brings me to my outfit! Just a whole bunch of white =D.

You know how I love to layer. Here you can kind of see my thermals sneaking out from the bottom legs of my pants. I try to coordinate my thermals with my outfit so that if it does peak through it looks intentional =).

Still waiting for thos 70+ degree days. Can't come fast enough.

Always,
Sally =)

Hello! Hello!

You ever find a pair of shoes somewhere and love it so much that you build an outfit around it?  Yup, that's what I did. It was kind of nice because it made me pull out pieces from my closet I forgot I had!

I find a have a lot of luck at Target when looking for fairly priced trendy clothes. I got the best deal with these shoes and my torn up jeans. They were both buy one get one 50% off!  I need to get the jeans hemmed, but it's well worth it.

There are so many outfit options that could be paired with these shoes. Today I decided to go with a rugged-rebel-girly look. Faux-leather jacket paired with a feminine flowy button up, ripped jeans and the oh so spectacular snakeskin pumps. I kept my bag simple-- no stress no mess. =)

That's all for now! I'm going to go skip around in my new obsession.

Always,
Sally =)
